Hi, I am Roman L Binder ! Born and raised near Stuttgart, Germany, I immigrated to Mexico at age 20. After studying business administration and interning at Siemens,
I worked my way up as an assistant director until my entrepreneurial spirit took flight in 2008, when I founded my first nanotechnology company at age 28.
For over a decade, I built my business into a seven-figure company with branches across the Americas until the pandemic and bad decisions led to its failure and closure.
During those fruitful years living in Mexico, I was also part of Mel Gibson’s Apocalypto movie special effects team. I further nurtured my creative side through nature and landscape photography.
culminating in my first gallery opening in 2019 and numerous expositions around the globe.
Now, after rather traumatic but also immensely valuable years, in terms of lessons to be learned, I’m embracing a nomadic lifestyle to focus on travel photography and writing.
Spirituality, self-improvement, and sharing the hard-won wisdom from my failures have become my guiding lights. Despite or because of the significant setbacks, a new, stronger version has emerged.
